Read this first

Zoning and plat requests go through the Planning Commission and then the City Council. We checked both sets of 2026 agenda packets through November 3, 2026. Cards marked "City Council decided" have a confirmed final vote. A "recommended approval" is not a final approval, and a site plan review does not mean a business has a permit or an opening date. Preliminary plats and site plans do not go to the Council.
